Deliveries & Returns

Deliveries, installation and package removal of all orders over 250€ are made by our in-house team free of charge. Deliveries outside of the Algarve are made through our transport partners on a doorstep drop shipment basis so some assembly may be required for certain items.

If installation and packaging removal is required outside of the Algarve please just ask for a price as we try to accommodate all customer requests. Our aim is to have all orders delivered as quickly as possible so our customers can enjoy their purchases without delay.

Lead times for individual order items are indicated on the website. For furniture packages we suggest placing your order 6-12 weeks before installation to enable collation of all longer lead time items prior to organising the delivery.

Preparing for furniture delivery

It is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location.

Scheduling your delivery

Once you are notified that items are ready for delivery, we ask that you take receipt of them within 30 days. At the time of scheduling, please notify us of any special requirements necessary to ensure a successful delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, the need for small trucks to navigate narrow roads and driveways, restricted delivery time frames due to local ordinances, gated entry access, proof of insurance for high rise and condominium buildings, multiple flights of stairs and service elevator reservations.

Simple Taste Interiors reserves the right to suspend, delay or modify orders in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to cases of strike, closure, fire, flood, freezing, blocking of communication routes, breakdown of machinery, lack of energy, interruption of transport by land, sea, rail or air.

All items must be inspected by the customer or the responsible person within 7 business days of receipt.

Despatch vs Delivery

On the product page for each item, you will see a despatch estimate e.g. 'within 6-8 weeks'. Despatch is when we send the product to our delivery partner, not the date it arrives to your door.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s). Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for special orders, mattresses no longer in their original packaging, and other items listed below.

Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. Simple Taste Interiors reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

After delivery, buyers are responsible for the transportation, storage and maintenance of the products.

No return will be accepted unless expressly agreed by Simple Taste Interiors.

Since most of the products designed and sold by Simple Taste Interiors are tailored and customised for each buyer, no order will be accepted for return for reasons other than for proven damages.

Items that have been approved in the order will not be accepted for return for any reason other than damages.

Any return value, except when expressly agreed in advance with Simple Taste Interiors, will be paid in the form of a credit notes.

Final sale & Clearance items

Final sale items and clearance items, as well as any items purchased at Simple Taste Interiors Showrooms, are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Pricing & Information disclaimer

Our goal is to provide accuracy in all prices, delivery rates and other information. All prices in our source books and online are in Euros and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items and correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
