We, at Simple Taste Interiors, understand you may have a lot of questions regarding furnishing you home.

How long will my order take to deliver?
Most products are made to order and take between 6-8 weeks from the moment we receive payment, we do have a limited supply of stock and therefore would be able to deliver sooner.
Can you make made to measure items?
Yes, most of our products are made in Portugal, this gives us great flexibility to create and alter existing lines.
What are your standard bed sizes?
We supply all sizes, standard and non standard, most of which can be personalised to suit your needs and style.
I am not very good with design but know what I like, could I work with you to complete the look I am hoping to achieve?
We have a professional team of designers that can either help or design the style you are looking for, this comes at no extra cost.
Are you able to supply linen, towels and crockeries for my new apartment/villa?
Yes, we have complete bedding and kitchen packs available.
Do I have to purchase a complete package or can I buy individual items?
No, we sell individual pieces to the public, there is no commitment to purchase a complete package.
What happens if I place my order for furniture and there is a delay in completion of my new property?
We understand that this happens from time to time, we have a large warehouse where we can hold your items until such a time that you are ready to take delivery, however full payment will be required once your order has arrived at our warehouse.
How will I know that you've received my order?
Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly, provided that we have an accurate email address. We'll send subsequent email(s) when your product ships, including tracking information.
How do I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Shipping to another address that is different from your billing address is easy. Simply enter the desired destination on the shipping information page at checkout. If you're a registered user, the address will be automatically added to your address book so that you can access it for future purchases.
Must I create an account to shop?
You don't need to create an account to shop on the site. Users may make purchases without registering. However, registering is highly encouraged to facilitate checkout and to take advantage of other personalization features, such as accessing your order history or wish list.
